The Town of East Windsor – Broad Brook Fire Department intends to develop a comprehensive set of site and building plans to support the design and potential construction of a modern fire department facility. The selected firm will be responsible for: 1. Site analysis and planning 2. Conceptual and schematic design 3. Design development 4. Initial construction documents 5. Cost estimating 6. Permitting support 7. Community presentations (as/if needed) 8. Topgraphic and boundary survey coordination 9. Geotechnical investigations 10. Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering 11. Architectural design 12. Code and regulatory compliance 13. Environmental assessments (if required) 14. Coordination with Town officials and stakeholders
