The scope of services will be finalized with the selected Architect and may include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: AE to participate in periodic meetings with the Building Committee and other key team members to review project design and to help assure compliance with the budget including value engineering efforts. Schematic Design This phase shall include up to three (3) schemes for review and selection by the Building Committee.
