1. Complete demolition of existing AHU-3 and selective demolition of associated MEP services as required to prepare for installation of new air handling unit and fan coil units. 2. Provide (1) new air handling unit and (2) ducted supplemental-cooling fan coil units serving the Jury Assembly Space. Provide (1) new chilled water booter pump, hot and chilled water piping and insulation, hydronic specialties, temperature controls, ductwork, sound attenuator, supports, etc. for a complete installation. New temperature controls to interface with existing DDC system. 3. Provide new electrical power, lighting, and special systems, sprinkler head/branch piping modifications, etc. to support the AHU installation. Testing and balancing of new and existing systems serving the fourth floor. 4.
