Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified organizations or individuals to provide Adult Behavioral Health Services at Middletown & New London, Connecticut. Through this RFP, the Connecticut Judicial Branch, Court Support Services Division (JBCSSD) aims to procure statewide Adult Behavioral Health Services (ABHS) to justice-involved men and women ages 18 and above, referred by judges, IAR Specialists, Probation, and Family Relations Counselors. This RFP aims to procure a service provider in Middletown and an additional service provider in New London. JBCSSD is seeking to contract with a licensed mental health and addiction outpatient clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and/or qualified, credentialed individuals to provide a range of evidence based and/or research driven behavioral health services across Connecticut.
