Specifications include, but are not limited to: The all-season body, plow frame and hydraulic equipment shall be installed on a Town supplied truck that is a 2014 International 7400. This vehicle is a conventional two-wheel drive unit with a single rear axle, dual rear wheels having a certified gross vehicle weight rating of not less than 39,000 pounds as evidenced by the manufacturer's published literature. The truck shall be equipped with a transmission driven PTO output that when the body system equipment is installed, will enable the vehicle to be driven without engaging the pump. This system shall be capable of operating all functions of the snowplow, dump body and material spreader and any other hydraulic attachments required herein.
