Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identification of all breeding areas. Fresh water and salt water sites. Include GIS mapping of the entire City depicting mosquito breeding areas. 2. Identification of areas which are candidates for wetlands restoration. 3. Regular monitoring of potential mosquito breeding sites for both larval and adult mosquito activity before and after treatment between April and October. 4. Surveillance/inspections for larvae of all fresh water and salt water sites including salt marshes and vernal pools performed by water sampling, mortality and emergence sampling weekly between April and October. 5. Surveillance/inspections for adults on a periodic basis in identified locations (specify how this would be performed – e.g. landing counts, trapping and counting, with or without specification; specify time of year to be initiated and frequency of surveillance) 6. Routine salt water and freshwater larvicide treatment in targeted areas between April and October. (specify type and initial application method of larviciding)
