This Project includes the complete revaluation/reappraisal (inspection) of all real property (see pg. 23 for exclusion) within the corporate limits of Redding, Connecticut effective as of October 1, 2027. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all the databases, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and perform all work for the project in strict accordance with the hereinafter-listed specifications. All work will be carried out and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary, Office of Policy and Management, the Connecticut General Statutes, and Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies pertaining hereto, and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the ASSESSOR of the TOWN OF REDDING.
