Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hartford Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will solicit proposals from qualified on-call graphic designer(s) who would be able to develop marketing materials in the form of: advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, postcards, newsletters, merchandise design, new logos for specific initiatives, provide photographic services, logos, signs, reports, enhance the HHS website and web graphics. The graphic designer(s) is required to liaise with the Program Manager or whoever is leading a particular project on design and content specifications, along with aesthetic and communication standards set by the City of Hartford Communications and New Media Division. The primary design requirement of the graphic designer(s) is to ensure a consistent brand identity in the design of all City of Hartford Department of Health and Human Services visual media in developing public information strategies
