IFB-AH-0000000012 - Woodmoor Dawson Well 18

Sealed bids for the drilling, construction, and testing of one Dawson aquifer water supply well for
Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1, for municipal supply, will be received by
Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1 at their office located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive,
Monument, Colorado until 1:30 PM local time, August 31, 2023 and then publicly opened and read
aloud. The well will be located at 1765 Deer Creek Road, Monument, CO 80132, generally in
Section 11, Township 11 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. The well will be completed in the
Dawson aquifer. Work on this project is anticipated to commence no later than October 2, 2023 and
proceed until well completion. The project shall be substantially complete within 42 calendar days
after the Notice to Proceed is issued and finally complete within 63 calendar days after the Notice
to Proceed is issued.

for Contractor’s use at the FTP site location presented above.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District
No. 1 office at located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument CO 80132 at 10:30 AM/MDT, August
22, 2023. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to answer questions. Any
questions which cannot be answered by direct reference to the Bidding Documents will be answered
by formal written Addenda as outlined under Interpretations and Addenda.
The pre-bid conference will include a tour of the site conducted by representatives of Owner. All
interested parties are invited to attend.
Bidders will not be required to submit a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to supply
one performance bond and one labor and material payment bond. In addition, the successful bidder
will be required to supply evidence of public liability and property damage insurance and
Workmen’s Compensation insurance, in accordance with the contract documents.
