Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: All labor, equipment, and materials
necessary to remove up to 70 existing water service saddles and replace them with new
service saddles specified in Section 01600 on existing 6” domestic water distribution
pipelines, up to 5600 total square feet of asphalt surface replacement (or up to seventy 8’
x 10’ asphalt patches), traffic control measures, customer notifications, coordination for
District inspections, and all associated permits, testing, and appurtenances.

Event Note

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the office of the Woodmoor Water &
Sanitation District No. 1, located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, Colorado 80132
at 10:30 am local time on March 7, 2023. All participating contractors are invited to
attend. Access to the site prior to the bid opening can be arranged by contacting Ariel
Hacker at (719) 488-2525. In general, access to the sites will be limited to normal
working hours 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
