Description

PIPELINE: The construction of a new potable water transmission pipeline that ties into a pipeline being constructed by others located approximately 4500 feet east of the intersection of Fontaine Boulevard and Stingray Lane in Colorado Springs, CO and extends north to the proposed VA Pikes Peak National Cemetery (PPNC). The transmission line consists of approximately 4821 LF of 10”, 13,624 LF of 12”, 5109 LF of 16” and 3700 LF of 18” PVC water main including all valves, hydrants, fittings, piping, air/vacuum release vaults, trenching, dewatering, backfilling, compacting, borings, crossings, re-vegetation, testing, startup, and cleanup.
VA PPNC EQ/SURGE TANK: Purchase and installation of a 30,000 Gallon FRP Potable Water Storage Tank to be located on the VA PPNC and includes yard piping and bedding.
ROLLING HILLS BOOSTER PUMP STATION: The purchase and installation of a Pitless Booster Station located in Lorson Ranch East to include submersible pumps, bypass vault, and all electrical service, instrument and controls, site grading, fencing, field piping and all startup and cleanup.
VA PUMP STATION: The purchase and installation of all metering and pumping equipment for the VA Pump Station to be installed in a building erected by others and located on the VA PPNC to include 2 distribution pumps, valves, meters, pressure tank and all associated piping and fittings. Electrical wiring, field piping connections to building penetrations to be included. HVAC, lighting, and building penetrations by others.
