20-01-002 - Category 2, ERATE

The Widefield School District is seeking bids for Category 2 Purchases of equipment for 2021 FCC Funding Year.  Pricing must be guaranteed for the entire 2021-2022 funding year.  Quantities listed are approximate and are subject to actually budgetary allowances and E-rate funding approval.  The Widefield School District plans to purchase some of the equipment regardless of whether or not E-rate funding is approved.  Actual budget 2021-2022 budget may impact the ability of the District to purchase any or all of the equipment and quantities listed

Current Network Equipment:
The Widefield School District network consists primarily of HP/Aruba Switches, Aruba wireless gear and a PaloAlto Firewall.  All submittals will need to be compatible with the current equipment.  The degree of compatibility will weigh heavily on our selection of proposals.
