Summary of Specifications:
Selective demolition and interior remodel of five gang bathrooms in the Ute Hall Dormitory. Each bathroom is approximate 450 square; total project area is approximately 2,250 square feet. Work will consist of new plumbing, electrical outlets, light fixtures, new hydronic baseboard heaters, tile floors, interior portion walls with tile finishes, tile shower stalls, toilet and shower door partitions, new drywall ceiling, new vanities and mirrors, toilet accessories, and new bathroom entrance doors.
