Summary of Specifications:
Weld County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to perform Disaster Recovery Grant Management, Engineering, Hazard Mitigation and Administration Services related to the flood disaster of September 11, 2013 which caused extensive damage throughout Weld County and surrounding communities. Preliminary estimated damage to roads and bridges is $40 million. The county will incur various other expenses in association with the disaster recovery, and desires to maximize the allowed reimbursement of these expenses
