402583 - WCSD RE-1 Elementary School Renovations, Middle/High School New Construction

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit and contract with an Integrated Design-Build Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Firm") who will work with Weld County School District No. RE-1 (hereinafter referred to as "District"), the District's consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to complete the project described herein. The Firm selected will support the District’s bond campaign services firm. Following the passage of the bond, the Firm will plan, design, develop, bid, construct, commission, and verify solutions that meet the objectives of the District and the project described.
 
The successful Firm will be responsible for all engineering, design, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as described in the above Scope of Work.
 
The District intends to finance the Scope of Work with bond proceeds from a bond measure that will be considered by District voters in November 2026. An award of contract in accordance with this RFP shall be conditioned on the bond measure passing and on the District receiving adequate proceeds from the sale of the bonds to fund the Scope of Work.
