The Upper Thompson Sanitation District will receive sealed bids at the District’s office, 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, CO 80517 for the Fish Creek Lift Station (FCLS) Parallel Force Main project until 10:00 a.m. on November 29, 2018 at which time all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to readvertise for bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty bond, or a certified or cashier's check payable to the order of the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid as a guaranty that the bidder will execute the contract, if awarded, in conformity with the Bid Form. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on forms provided in the Project Manual. Each bond shall be in the amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price.
