Description

The University of Wyoming (the University) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Altitude Control Technology for the replacement of the air control units and sensors that are coming to the end of life within the existing altitude chamber system. Any purchase order resulting from this proposed sole source will be governed by the University of Wyoming’s Terms and Conditions.

The University of Wyoming currently has an existing altitude chamber in place located at the High-Altitude Performance Center on campus. This original system was installed by Altitude Control Technology. The University is not intending to replace the existing system (chamber structure, electrical, tubing, etc.). The University is intending to replace the air control units and sensors that are coming to the end of life within this existing system.

Any interested party that believes it can comprehensively provide a comparable product as noted above, shall submit a Statement of Capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the specifications can be met.

University of Wyoming will only accept or consider electronic submissions received in BidNet’s electronic solicitation portal on or before 2:00 PM (MST) on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Submissions received after this date and time or received outside of the BidNet portal may not be considered. The University shall be the sole judge in reviewing responses with regards to quality, performance, and price.
