The University of Wyoming intends to award a contract resulting from this request for quote to the lowest, responsive, responsible respondent, whose quote, conforming to the Request for Quote, will be most advantageous to, and in the best interest of, the University of Wyoming, cost or price and other factors considered. The University reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in the quote.
