DQ_INF-0000000034 - UCCS Slate Implementation

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) currently utilizes Salesforce for communication and case management for Admissions and Student Success. UCCS is transitioning the current CRM functions to Slate. The supplier will collaborate with both the Admissions and Student Success teams, as well as work closely with the CU System’s University Information System, to complete all tasks on time, eliminate or reduce the need for duplicate tasks, and ensure a simultaneous implementation of both modules that ensures seamless data transfer between both functions. The supplier will be a recognized Slate/Technosolutions preferred partner at either the platinum or gold level and have the ability to provide customizable model databases for Admissions and Student Success. The supplier will provide credible case studies and samples of increased application processing efficiency.

The supplier will collaborate with both Admissions and Student Success teams to define permission requirements and develop a sustainable access model using Roles and Populations. The final permission structure will be documented and training provided to designated security administrators for ongoing management.

Following the go-live, the supplier will provide up to 30 hours of support to Slate Administrators or Power Users to facilitate the adoption of the new functionalities.
