Description

This project aims to develop a robust, reliable, and extensible platform for the return of results from CCPM’s biobank laboratory to the EHR at UCHealth. The platform will need to support the analysis and semi‐automated return of results from large‐ and small‐volume testing. Current laboratory technologies include microarray genotyping, copy number analysis, Sanger sequencing, capillary electrophoresis, qPCR, and allelic discrimination assays.
