Description

The University of Northern Colorado and Metropolitan State University Denver ("Institutions") seek to identify preferred supplier(s) that will provide quality promotional and apparel products at the most cost-effective price using a percentage discount off list price model. The Institutions will work with the preferred vendor(s) to establish practical business processes and procedures that will foster a strong working relationship and reduce the total cost of promotional and apparel items.

This RFP will result in a non-exclusive preferred vendor(s) contract. The Institutions do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that Institutions will procure any particular dollar value or any particular quantity of promotional products and apparel under any agreement resulting from this RFP.
Vendors will be permitted to respond to provide Promotion products only, Apparel products only, or both.
