Description

The University of Northern Colorado is seeking pricing for the purchase of on-call landscape maintenance to provide timely and efficient landscape services per UNC standard specification an as needed basis. On-call landscape maintenance services may be required to provide one-time or on-going landscape services in university maintained outdoor greenspaces, natural areas, streetscapes, and athletic fields. Landscape maintenance services may include, but are not limited to mowing, edging, weed control, leaf removal, litter/debris, shrub pruning, tree planting/staking, snow removal, irrigation repair and replacement, small landscape renovation projects, and sodding. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation.

  2. Due Date: Wednesday April 13, 2022 by 2pm.
  3. Responses may be emailed to curtis.benton@unco.edu or delivered to 501 20th St Greeley, CO 80539. FedEx and UPS responses are to be in the Purchasing department by bid closing Late quotes will not be considered.
  4. Pricing is FOB Destination (UNC Campus) with all applicable freight paid by the vendor.
