Project Description
The University of Northern Colorado is requesting a Statement of Qualification from Architects / Engineers / Roof Consultants for phase 1 of the controlled maintenance roof replacement of Michener Library. Michener Library roof is 54,426 SF and is located on the UNC campus at 1400 22nd St. in Greeley. It is anticipated that the Michener roof replacement will be designed and out to bid by the end of January 2024. The selected consultant may design the full project but only bid phase 1 to start. Phase 2 construction funding is anticipated in May 2024.

Late submittals will be rejected without consideration. The University of Northern
Colorado and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the
preparation of submittals.
3. Screening Panel/Short List: Submittals will be evaluated by a panel of individuals
selected in accordance with state policies. The panel will review and score the
submittals. Firms ranked the highest will be invited to an oral interview. It is anticipated
no fewer than three (3) or no more than _five__(5) will be interviewed.
4. Oral Interviews. It is anticipated that oral interviews will be conducted during the
week of [insert date]. Interviews will be conducted at: [insert address]. The time for
interviews is to be determined. Key personnel from the firm and major consultants who
