251219 - Tall Grass Park Improvements

The Trails Park and Recreation District (“TPRD” or the “District”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Tall Grass Park Improvements. Tall Grass Park is an existing 9-acre park in unincorporated Arapahoe County. Park renovations includes 2 pickleball  courts, a vault restroom, boardwalk, and walkways. Improvements generally include clearing and grubbing, site preparation/earthwork (incl. herbicide treatment to kill existing grass), erosion control measures, irrigation system addition/modification, landscaping (seeding, sodding, trees and shrubs, crusher fines paving, concrete paving, boardwalk construction, court construction, restroom installation, boulder steps installation, concrete seatwall construction, site furnishing
