The Town of Yampa (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Wastewater Treatment Improvement Project
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by AquaWorks DBO, Inc., until July 3rd, 2025, at 3:00 pm local time. Bids shall be emailed to Adam Sommers at adam@aquaworksdbo.com and Mary Alice Page Allen at planner@townofyampa.com. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Installation of a 105,000 Modular Membrane Bioreactor Wastewater Treatment Plant and Remediation of Existing Lagoon
Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $5,500,000. The Project has an expected duration of 540 days.

Bid documents can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com under Login using QuestCDN #9628355 for a non-refundable charge of $22.
Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are required to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 23rd, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Town of Yampa Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Yampa, CO, 80483. Attendance is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Domestic Preference
This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, §§ 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
