Description

The Town of Wellington (Town) is requesting proposals from consultants for services related to a comprehensive redesign for the Town's Cleveland Ave. (Cleveland), Colorado State Highway 1 (SH1). The Town’s primary business core extends from the eastside of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) crossing with SH1 easterly to the west right-of-way (ROW) for Interstate 25 (I-25). Included in the design will be improvements to parking, drainage, American with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp, pedestrian safety, irrigation, power pole relocations and related surface amenities.

Sealed proposals, including one (1) paper copy and two (2) digital copy in PDF format on USB drive, will be received from Consultants by the Town of Wellington until 2:00 PM local time on January 24th ,2024 (closing time and date). Other key dates and times are shown below. Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender unopened. Proposals shall be received in a sealed package clearly marked, “Revitalizing Main Street Design and Construction Services”.
