Description

The Contract Documents provide for construction of Telluride’s 2026 Multimodal Pathway Overlay Project. The WORK includes patching, asphalt paving fabric placement and paving, as described below. A submittal of hot mix asphalt (HMA), tack and Class 6 road base is required prior to start of work pursuant to Town and Project specifications. Town of Telluride will provide paving fabric to be placed over existing cracks, per detail and specification provided with this bid. A Pre-Construction Meeting is required before primary mobilization, and 48-hour notice is required prior to mobilization to other work areas. Please see the Bid Tab for an itemization of work to be performed. Schedule limitations are noted in the Project plan sheets. Final Completion date for overall project is June 5th, 2026.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Town will accept proposals via email but will not accept proposals via fax. If a hard copy is submitted, please provide two (2) copies sealed in a manila envelope clearly marked as a proposal for this project and to the attention of Connor Tyrrell, Project Manager. All proposals shall be received by the TOWN prior to 3:00 PM local time, Friday, January 30, 2026, via hand delivered to the Town of Telluride Public Works Facility, 1370 Black Bear Road, Telluride, Colorado 81435; or email to ctyrrell@telluride.gov. If emailed, please confirm receipt by requesting a delivery receipt and read receipt.
