Description

The Parks, Recreation & Trails Department for the Town is requesting proposals for a ConstructionManager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the first phase of the Town Park Master Plan implementation. The Construction Manager is a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity that assumes the risk for construction at the contracted prices as a general contractor and provides consultation to the Town and the design team regarding construction during design development and through the construction and warranty periods.
