The Public Works Department for the Town is requesting proposals for a Design and Build of the remodel of the Rec Center’s Locker rooms. It is intended that the design phase will be completed this year. construction costs will be determined. The Town will then complete its Budget Cycle in July to fund construction in April 2024. Create a construction contract for the same winning Contractor to conduct construction. There is also a remote possibility construction can happen in October of 2023. All construction activities will take place during planned Rec Center Closures and cannot interfere with Rec Center operations.
