2025.055.78.65-578003 - Design-Build Services for renovation of Villas North

The Town of Snowmass Village (the “Town” or “Owner”) is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams (also referred to in the RFP as “Proposer” or “Team”) for the provision of services related to the design and construction of renovation and repair work for Villas North Apartments in Snowmass Village. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure proposals from Design-Build Teams who have prior experience in planning, designing, engineering and the construction/ renovation of facilities of similar scope and scale. The further intent of this Request for Proposals is to have the bidder specifically address the services and the fees associated with those services and to provide a well-considered plan of execution for the Project.

Anticipated Scope of Work:

• Replace exterior siding
• Replace doors and windows.
• Replace exterior decks.
• Repair/overlay asphalt parking lots (excluding 700 and 800)
• Replace/reconfigure entrances, stairs and walkways
