The TOSV is seeking proposals from qualified, professional production companies, to perform the following services:
a. Provide and produce high quality, concert production services – including overseeing stage build / strike, managing vendors and partners, providing artist services & hospitality, and green room fulfillment
b. Manage all weekly logistics, crew and personnel; required to be on site every Thursday throughout concert series
c. Ensure all permits are obstained and ensure all safety requirements are met
d. Provide, timely, efficient communication with all staff, partners, and property owners
