Representatives of Town and the Design Team will be present to answer questions. Any questions which, in the opinion of the Town's Representative, cannot be answered by direct reference to the Contract Documents will be answered by formal written Addenda. The Pre-bid conference will include a tour of the site.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory.

Proposal Submittal: Both paper and electronic submissions are acceptable. Proposals must include a signed Bid Form and must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. on the specified date. The submittal should be sent as follows:

Any proposals received after 3:00 p.m. on August 1, 2025 will not be considered. It is the sole responsibility of the Submitter to ensure that the Proposal is received by the deadline above.

Proposal Preparation: Bidders are required to use the Bid Form contained herein. The Bid Form must be signed by an individual authorized to bind the Bidder. All Proposals submitted without such a signature may be deemed nonresponsive. The Proposal will not be modified or conditioned in any manner.

Any material that is to be considered confidential in nature must be clearly marked as such and will be treated as confidential by the Town to the extent permitted by law and subject to CORA C.R.S. 24-72-101.1 et seq.

Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible Bidder or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible Bidders are encouraged to submit their Proposals.

The Town, its employees, the Town Manager, Town Engineer or any entity assisting the Town in the RFP process shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Bidder for the preparation or presentation of the Proposal and/or in participating in the competitive process contemplated in and by this RFP.
