The TOSV is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed security companies, to perform the following services:
a. Produce high quality, security
b. Provide, timely, efficient communication
c. Arrange all logistics, equipment, crew and personnel required
d. Coordinate Security Plan with TOSV team for necessary permits
e. Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met as needed
