The Town of Parachute is seeking a qualified contractor for design-build construction services to preserve the historic property known as the Wasson-McKay Place, following the US Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation of Historical Buildings. The selected vendor will assemble and serve as lead for a team of professionals which may include, but is not limited to, a structural engineer, general contractor, plumber, mason, painter, and other professionals.
