The selected contractor will construct various park features and amenities, as described in the attached conceptual design (Exhibit A), on Town-owned property located at the Wasson-McKay Park; 259 Cardinal Way, Parachute, CO 81635.
Please note, the restroom facility depicted in Exhibit A is excluded from the scope of work. The installation of this facility, including the necessary utilities, is being conducted by the Town.
