PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will be held on July 29, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Town Hall, Town of Monument, 645 Beacon Lite Road, Monument, CO 80132. Representatives of the OWNER and the ENGINEER will be present to discuss the project.

ADDRESS AND MARKING OF BID: The envelope enclosing the bid shall be sealed and addressed to the Town of Monument and delivered or mailed to 645 Beacon Lite Road, Monument, CO 80132. The envelope shall be plainly marked in the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the bidder and shall bear the words "Bid for," followed by the Project title per the Contract Documents and the date and hour of opening of bids. The certified or cashier’s check, money order, or bidder's bond shall be enclosed in the same envelope with the bid. Refer to Article 13 in Section 00 21 13 - “Instructions to Bidders” for additional submittal requirements.
