The Town of Monument is inviting proposals for qualified Managed Service Providers (MSP) capable of providing comprehensive Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Technology support services. The selected MSP will be responsible for fulfilling the scope and criteria in this RFP.
The Town of Monument requires a Managed Service Provider to support an employee base of 70-80 individuals, offering both remote and occasional onsite support for all Information Technology resources. The scope includes multiple departments such as Administration, Operations, Public Works, Parks and Facilities, and a Police Department. The Police Department consists of 27 Sworn officers and 8 support team members. The Police Department has specific IT support needs that must meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) criteria.
