In the spirit of continuous improvement and cost management, the Town of Minturn utilizes this bid system to post Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid opportunities.  We strive to receive the best value for the goods and services purchased.  The Town of Minturn welcomes all vendors to register to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.  To register at no charge, simply follow the registration path and select “Limited Access” option.  To receive bid notifications statewide or from other purchasing group, select one of the other registration options or call the BidNet’s Vendor Support team at 800-835-4603 and press option 2 for assistance.
