Description

The Town of Lochbuie (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Town of Lochbuie Elevated Water Storage Tank.

The Project includes the following Work: The Work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to construct an elevated potable water storage tank and associated appurtenances: tank, tank mixer, venting, overflow, drain, and instrumentation. Work to include all associated site work related to the project including but not limited to grading, storm drainage, site access and site piping. In addition, Work includes electrical power, controls and instrumentation, and integration.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Lochbuie Town Hall located at 703 Weld County Road 37, Lochbuie, CO 80603, until December 21, 2023 at 3:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. This project is partially funded by the State Revolving Fund (SRF) and is subject to all SRF and related federal requirements including, but not limited to American Iron and Steel, Build America, Buy America (BABA), and Davis Bacon wages, determination number CO20230002 dated 09/08/2023.
