SCOPE OF PROJECT: The project consists of construction of infrastructure for the proposed Rock Creek Housing subdivision located in Ignacio, CO. Scope of work includes installation of utilities including water, sewer, and dry utiltiies, construction of paved roads with curb and gutter, sidewalk and site lighiting. Installation of an off-site strom drain is included. Removal and replacement of a raw water main is included. The project also includes storm drain inlet adjustments, new pavement striping, new traffic control devices/signs, and new electrical equipment/conduit.
