The Hayden Center is a 56,611 square foot public community center located at 495 West Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado. The facility serves as the Town’s primary recreation, education, and community gathering space.

The building currently relies on aging natural gas boilers and outdated air handling equipment, provides no active cooling, and has limited ventilation capacity.
