This is a Town of Granby project supporting the Hwy 40 Workforce Housing development. Project scope includes the widening, restriping, and resurfacing of US 40 for the implementation of auxiliary turn lanes associated with CDOT Access Permit #323145 and associated access improvements.
This project will include removals, unclassified excavation, embankment, erosion control, asphalt roadway, chip seal resurfacing, traffic control, and signing and striping.
Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Colorado Department of Transportation.
