Description

The Town of Firestone is requesting qualifications from palnning and design firms to develop the Old Town Firestone Neighborhood Plan ("Plan for Project"). This subarea plan will develop an enhancement strategy and targeted redevelopment plan for improvements to Old Town Firestone. The Plan will assess existing conditions and identify opportunities and strategies to enhance multi-modal connectivity; a quality built environment; diverse housing; economic development and Old Town commercial properties; parking associated with Old Town commerical uses; community character and design; and natural recreational and cultural assets.
