The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of the 2023 Chip Seal Program. Subdivisions identified in this year's program are St Vrain Ranch, Ridgecrest, Sagebrush, Saddleback Heights, Owl Lakes, and Saddleback/Falcon Point subdivisions ¼” aggregate required. BIDDERS ARE TO BID ON EACH SUBDIVISION SEPARATELY.
All striping and thermoplastics are to be reinstalled. Traffic control, resident notification, and Stormwater BMP compliance are required. The winning bidder will need to keep track of the material used for payment. If the quantities specified in the Unit price form are insufficient to complete the work, a change order will need to be approved by the Town in advance of any additional work beginning. All Towns Standards and Specifications are to be followed to include the procedures outlined in the Town’s Street, Curb, and Gutter Maintenance/Replacement Standards and Specifications to ensure stormwater compliance, including installation and maintenance of stormwater control measures which can be found here.
