The Town of Erie is seeking a qualified consultant to develop Luminaire (Streetlight) Design Guidelines. The Transportation Division of Erie Public Works is leading the project management effort with an eye on both technical and stakeholder interests. The project will focus on reviewing existing Xcel Energy assets transferred to the Town, future streetlight assets under United Power negotiation, and identifying an array of departmental interests to create Specifications for the engineering standards. The engineering standards and specifications will be used to guide new developments, capital projects, and upgrades to existing lighting.
