P25-298 - North Water Treatment Facility Deep Well Injection Project Number: P25-298

A brief summary of Work for which the Proposal is requested consists of: 
    Conduct site-specific geological and hydrogeological evaluations to confirm injection zone properties and protect underground sources of drinking water.
    Prepare and submit the Class I Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit application to EPA Region 8, including required attachments such as geological studies, well construction details, and Area of Review (AOR) analysis.
    Develop detailed engineering designs and schematics for the Class I non-hazardous deep well injection system, including pump station design, associated surface infrastructure, well construction, casing, cementing, tubing, and packer specifications
    Develop a testing and monitoring plan, including pre-injection tests, continuous monitoring of injection parameters (pressure, flow rate, fluid composition), corrosion monitoring, and periodic mechanical integrity testing (MIT).
    Prepare construction plans and specifications for well installation, site preparation, and surface infrastructure, including pumping and piping systems.
    Develop a project delivery plan for drilling contractor selection and test well construction.
    Provide cost estimates for well construction, testing, and long-term monitoring, along with financial assurance plans for well plugging, abandonment, and site restoration.
    Deliver final design drawings, technical specifications, drilling procedures, operational procedures, and compliance reporting templates.
