The Town of Eagle (Town), Colorado, invites all qualified consultants to submit a proposal to develop Open Space Property Management Plans (Management Plans) for Town-owned open space properties. The selected consultant will develop an appropriate methodology for cataloging existing resources, open space assets, vegetation communities, noxious weeds, and important wildlife habitats and corridors. The selected consultant will also need to provide a detailed plan for public and stakeholder engagement, including a suggested level of public engagement appropriate for the project.
