Keyless Entry RFP 2022.1 - Keyless Entry and/or Security Cameras for Town of Dillon Facilities

Scope of Work
The Town of Dillon desires to implement a keyless security system on all exterior and most interior access doors on our facilities including Dillon Town Hall, Dillon Amphitheater venue, Dillon Marina, and the Dillon Public Works facility.  The successful candidate will partner with the Town to implement a security camera system to include identifying placement, software, types of cameras, and budget to phase in the project at each town owned facility listed below.  The access control system must be based on a Mercury Platform. Proposals may be submitted for one or both projects.
Facilities

• Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, CO
  • Keyless entry doors: minimum of 10 exterior, some doors need to be replaced
  • Security cameras:  minimum of 7 exterior, 4 interior
• Dillon Amphitheater, Concession Stand, and Rest Rooms, 201 West Lodgepole Street, Dillon, CO
  • Keyless entry doors:  minimum of 20 exterior, 1 interior
  • Security cameras:  minimum of 10 exterior, 10 interior
• Dillon Marina, 150 Marina Drive, Dillon, CO
  • Keyless entry doors:  minimum of 1 exterior, 2 interior
  • Security cameras: minimum of 7 exterior, 3 interior
  • Contact sensors:  two large garage bay doors
• Dillon Public Works, 640 County Road 51, Dillon, CO
  • Keyless entry doors: minimum of 2 exterior
  • Security cameras:  minimum 3 exterior
  • Contact sensors:  four large garage bay doors
