The Town of Collbran is currently seeking the services of an attorney with specialized skills in the area of water rights and water law to serve as the Town's Water Attorney. It is intended that the successful candidate would perform the services listed in this proposal. THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS NOT A COMPETITIVE BID BASED ON PRICE ONLY. The request for proposal allows the Town of Collbran, Colorado (the Town) to select a service provider that best meets the needs of the Town, taking into consideration proposer qualifications, price, products, and service capabilities and other factors relevant to the Town’s policies, programs, administrative resources, and budget. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in said proposals. The Request for Proposals does not bind the Town to hire a new Town Attorney when, in the Town's sole discretion, the Town determines not to do so.
