Agreement Required. A written agreement will be required between the Town and the selected Proposer, which agreement will be in the form and substance required by the Town. A sample agreement is included with this RFP, but the Town reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions thereof. The agreement shall include insurance requirements for both general liability and errors and omissions. The agreement also will include FEMA’s Contract Provisions.
